SUMMARY:From Trial to Appeal: Effectively Preserving Error for Review
DESCRIPTION:This webinar will be a panel discussion with two seasoned appellate practitioners about preserving error for appellate review—a topic that can be deceptively simple but frequently trips up even experienced litigators.
